Our Women's Health services provide comprehensive, patient-centered gynecological care for women across the lifespan. Whether you are coming in for a routine annual exam, navigating painful periods, managing hormonal symptoms, planning for pregnancy, or seeking support through perimenopause and menopause, we offer thoughtful care that meets you where you are. We proudly serve patients in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, and throughout Central Oregon. We are also offer Telehealth services for Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and California clients.

Annual wellness exams, Pap smears and HPV testing, cervical cancer screening, breast health and risk assessment, STI testing and counseling, menstrual cycle concerns, preventive lab review and health planning, contraceptive counseling and management.
Choosing contraception should be personal, informed, and aligned with your body and goals. We offer contraceptive counseling and management for patients seeking pregnancy prevention, cycle control, acne support, PMS or PMDD symptom management, or help with heavy and painful periods.Birth control pills, hormonal patches, vaginal rings, IUD counseling and management, non-hormonal contraception options, emergency contraception counseling, fertility-awareness education when appropriate, support for side effects or changing methods.

When additional evaluation is needed, we offer a range of in-office gynecologic procedures in a supportive, trauma-informed setting. Comprehensive Standard and Advanced Reset memberships include an Expanded Metabolic Panel at initiation and a Basic Weight Loss Safety Panel at 6 months; both annually thereafter. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
